We aim to offer races that provide:

• Suitability for beginners and experienced runners alike.

Our trail runs allow you the freedom of traffic free courses, on country footpaths or forest trails. Less extreme than cross country or fell running these events are becoming increasingly popular, as traffic on the roads gets busier.

Running on soft surfaces greatly reduces the chance of road related impact injuries.

Our races are chosen to appeal to both beginners and experienced runners. Wherever practical we will include family fun runs and the opportunity for walkers to participate.
